How to Do a Liver Flush in the Home
Like the rest of your digestive track, your liver can build up impurities, such as gallstones. It is important to flush your liver and the rest of your body of any gallstone to ensure your liver, and the rest of your digestive system, is functioning properly. - 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Grapefruit
- 4 Tablespoons Epsom Salt
- 3 Cups of Water

Perform the flush on a day where you have nothing to do. You're going to spend some time in the bathroom, so its best to not have any errands or other activities.

Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch on the day you are going to perform the flush. After 2 p.m. do not eat or drink anything else.

Mix four tablespoons Epsom salt and three cups of water together in a cup. Drink the concoction at 6 p.m.

Prepare and drink another serving of the Epsom salt mixture at 8 p.m.

Mix half a cup of extra virgin olive oil and the juice of one grapefruit together. Drink this at 10 p.m. Lie down on your back and go to bed immediately after you consume the drink.

Wake up and drink another batch of the Epsom salt mixture. Lie down for another two hours. Drink a fourth batch of Epsom salt and lie down for another two hours. When you wake up you can eat a light lunch. Diarrhea starts soon so stay close to the bathroom. Gallstones float to the top of the water, so you can see the stones that have passed.
