      If You Are A Woman...
      You will benefit by creating a douche for yourself. Mix 1/2 of your solution with white vinegar and the other 1/2 with warm water. Gather this solution into a type of syringe, one that you can use like a douche. Perform this 2 times a day, over the course of a couple of days the infection should be gone. This solution can also provide a large amount of relief from itching and discharge.

      If You Are A Man...
      I know I have heard plenty of men continuously state that they do not take baths. However, I'm sure that you men will make an exception for this situation. Add some white vinegar to a warm bath a soak in it. After a couple days of warm water and vinegar baths your infection should be relieved. Also you can mix a smaller amount of 3/4 white vinegar with 1/4 water and use cotton swabs with the mixture on the affected itching area, this will relieve the itching sensation.

      If You Have it in Your Mouth...
      Very simply gargle with the white vinegar. Do this 2-3 times a day and after a couple of days gargling, you will have rid yourself of an oral yeast infection.

      This can even help if your baby has a yeast infection. 2 times a day swab a mixture (1/2 white vinegar, 1/2 warm water) on your infants affected area.
