Become Aware of Health Issues with Iridology
-
1
Make an appointment with an iridology practitioner certified by the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA). A list of IIPA-certified iridology practitioners in the United States and Canada is available at the IIPA Web site (see Resources below).
-
2
Arrive at your examination. Give the iridology practitioner a detailed medical history, including any existing health problems, to help him or her better read the results of your test.
-
3
Discuss your results with the iridology practitioner. Be prepared to ask questions. Find out exactly what the markings mean, what areas might be vulnerable to problems and what diseases they could indicate.
-
4
Schedule an appointment with a medical doctor to examine determined "problem areas" directly in order to see if any problems exist. Talk to your doctor about what precautions can be taken against diseases related to those areas and what can be done to improve overall health in those and other parts of the body.
