Attend several sessions of Kundalina yoga a week to learn basic movements and positions. Continue sessions weekly, and allow the harder yoga moves to become easier as muscle memory takes over and the body becomes more flexible.

Use the meditation time during each week to reflect on the outside stress factors contributing to depression. Begin to eliminate each stress factor from the mind during meditation. Envision each stress factor being plucked from consciousness.

Fill the empty space in the mind with peaceful thoughts and relaxing memories. Slowly allow the meditation phase of the Kundalini session to easet away as the instructor directs. Maintain the peaceful state of mind during Yoga.
