Place your hands on both sides of your temples right at the hair roots.

Spread out your fingers and thumbs to cover as much of the scalp as possible.

Using your fingertips and not your fingernails, start at the temples and use firm, gentle pressure. Make small clockwise circles from your temples to the top of your head.

Take long deep breaths while massaging your scalp.

Move downward continuing with the small circles to the nape of your neck.

Repeat the massage therapy from the beginning, but change the direction of your gentle circles to counter-clockwise.
