Quantum Physics Visualization Manifestation Techniques

Quantum physics asserts that the very act of observation of certain types of microscopic physical phenomena can determine the physical properties of that phenomenon. This "mind over matter" concept is utilized in the theory of the Law of Attraction. Two main techniques are used to favorably apply the Law of Attraction--creative visualization and affirmations.
  1. Quantum Physics and the Law of Attraction

    • The Law of Attraction is a popular concept that asserts that all thought is energy, and that all reality is composed of this thought energy. It further asserts that all thought energy in the universe is bound together into an organic whole at a fundamental level, such that certain mental techniques can empower the user of these techniques to manipulate external circumstances (such as financial opportunities).

Quantum theory, which holds that the physical universe is composed of discrete particle-waves called "quanta" that can affect each other over tremendous distances even when not in contact with each other, has been used to assert a scientific basis for the Law of Attraction.

    Creative Visualization

    • Creative visualization is a technique that requires concentration and the development of a good visual imagination. To take advantage of this technique, you must intensely visualize your desired result (a wealthy lifestyle, for example) so clearly that your unconscious mind cannot tell the difference between your visualization and the actualization of your desire.

This exercise should be practiced repeatedly and daily. The Law of Attraction asserts that the power of your unconscious mind will then act on the universe to manifest your desires, often through a string of fortuitous apparent coincidences. Visualizing negative results can bring a string of negative coincidences.

    Affirmations

    • While creative visualization uses the visual imagination to trick the unconscious mind into conspiring with the universe to manifest the desires of the conscious mind, affirmations use verbalization to accomplish the same end.

An affirmation is a frequently repeated verbal statement of a desired result, usually related to a behavior or thinking pattern that you would like to adopt in order to manifest your desires. Affirmations should always be stated in the present tense, and should always be positive. For example, "I choose to manage my money in an optimal manner" is better than "I will not waste money ever again." The Law of Attraction concept asserts that a reference to wasting money, even if phrased in the negative, will program the unconscious mind to a greater propensity to waste money.
