Vitamin A

Vitamin A has been shown to promote healthy surface linings in the respiratory tract. The Institute of Medicine recommends that adult males consume 900mcg (3,000 IU) of vitamin A each day, and that females consume 700mcg (2,310 IU). Vitamin A can be found in beef, chicken, liver, and Vitamin A & D fortified milk.
Vitamin C
