    Guarana

    • Guarana is the active component found in caffeine. Guarana works to increase metabolic rate, suppress appetite and enhance physical or mental performance. Guarana may suppress appetite, but not increase calorie expenditure.

    Chromium

    • Chromium helps lower blood sugar, reduces body fat, controls hunger, reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and increases muscle mass. Pills are in the form of chromium salts and work to help the body absorb chromium.
