Each organic to avoid pesticides, and don't smoke or use anything containing carcinogens. Steer clear of processed foods such as sandwich meat, and do not eat food that has been fried, smoked, or grilled. Alcoholic drinks also contain toxic qualities, as do many antibiotics.
Finding the Right Diet
-
Your diet should be high in water, non-processed vegetable juices, natural fats, and unrefined sea salt, which you can use as a replacement for table salt. It is common to drink vegetable broth as a snack or meal supplement, and to eat steamed vegetables. Because of your limited diet, you should also take at least 75-mg of vitamin C ever day along with 200-mg of vitamin E. Eat salads with herbs mixed into them, such as clover, dandelion, fennel, and burdock. Eat dandelion to aid in digestion as your body goes through a significant dietary change.
