Aconitum napellus is a subspecies of the aconite, a perennial plant that grows in mountainous regions of Europe and Central Asia. Also referred to as monk's hood, it is used homeopathically to treat symptoms of intense anxiety and fear, eye and ear infections, cold symptoms, arthritic and rheumatic pain, measles, headaches and croup. - Mortar and pestle
- Grain alcohol
- Water
- Kitchen strainer

Pound aconite flowers to a pulp in mortar with pestle.

Press the pulp and mix alcohol with it at a ratio of one ounce of pulp to 99 milliliters of alcohol.

Strain and dilute the mixture with water at least six times to create a usable tincture.
