      Cover the drain of your bath tub with the drain plug to prevent water from leaking out. Fill your bath tub up half way with warm or hot water.

      Pour one cup of Epsom salt per every sixty pounds of your body weight into the bath water. Mix the Epsom salt with the bath water until it dissolves.

      Soak in the bathtub for up to twenty minutes to exfoliate your skin and to open your pores.
