1
Cover the drain of your bath tub with the drain plug to prevent water from leaking out. Fill your bath tub up half way with warm or hot water.
-
2
Pour one cup of Epsom salt per every sixty pounds of your body weight into the bath water. Mix the Epsom salt with the bath water until it dissolves.
-
3
Soak in the bathtub for up to twenty minutes to exfoliate your skin and to open your pores.
-
4
Wrap yourself in a towel or bathrobe after you have finished soaking. Lay in a warm place such as outside in the sun or in a sauna for at least 20 minutes. This allows you to sweat out toxins through your opened pores.
-
5
Take a warm shower to remove any Epsom salt residue and sweat from your skin.
