Make a daily detailed log of your process. Start on the first day you begin drinking the juice by listing your symptoms, energy level, how much Aloe you drank and any other significant notes. Keeping this log is a way to monitor and measure your symptoms as you regularly drink the juice.

Read your log after drinking Aloe juice for one or two weeks. Note any changes that you feel. If the results are positive, and the symptoms have improved, continue to drink Aloe juice daily for maintaining your health.

If you notice no results, repeat steps three and four. If you still notice no results, drink another cup of Aloe vera juice daily in the evening. If at any time your symptoms get worse or you develop new symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
