How to Make a Natural Bath Detox
Detox baths can be a relaxing way to reduce toxins from your body. Toxins can come from food you eat or the air you breathe and can damage your cells, causing you to be sluggish and tired and to gain weight. Hot water increases blood flow and sweating, so your body naturally expels toxins. Detox baths are great ways to fight fluid retention and bloating. You can add essential oils to your hot bath, so they will be more easily absorbed through your dilated capillaries.Things You'll Need

1
Draw a hot bath. Test the water with your elbow and continue to make the water as hot as you can handle without scalding yourself. The hotter the water, the more you will sweat and release toxins.
-
2
Pour one cup of sea salts, one cup of Epsom salts and two cups of baking soda into the running hot water. These will help draw the toxins from your body faster. Add glycerin and a few drops of essential oils such as lavender, ylang ylang, tea tree or eucalyptus to relax you and moisturize your skin.

3
Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Drink water during your soak to stay hydrated.
-
4
Slather on body moisturizer immediately after your bath while your pores are still dilated.
