Homemade Detox Footpads
Detox footpads, which originated in Japan, are stick-on pads you place on the soles of the feet before you go to sleep. In the morning when you remove the footpads you will notice that the harmful toxins released from the body have darkened them. Although you can purchase ready-made detox footpads, you can easily and inexpensively make a homemade version.Things You'll Need

1
Mince the garlic and onion repeatedly with the knife until it is finely chopped. Set it aside.
-
2
Put the water in a kettle and boil it. As the water boils, add the finely chopped garlic and onions. Let it boil for another 10 minutes. Turn off the stove.
-
3
Let the water cool off for 20 minutes. It will cool off faster if you open the cap of the kettle and let the steam out.
-
4
Pour the mixed solution slowly into the center of the self-stick gauze pads, just enough for the pads to get wet. Do not wet the sticky part of the pads. If you pour too much, squeeze the excess water out.
-
5
Patch the self-stick gauze pad on the soles of your feet, particularly at the center portion where there is a concave.
-
6
Wear socks so that the gauze pad will not fall off if stick-on doesn't work. Throw the gauze pad away when you wake up the next morning.
