How to Build an Ion Foot Bath
An ion footbath stimulates the body to self-detoxify through the introduction of positively and negatively charged ions of soluble salts. The ions enter the body from the feet through an electromagnetic current, attach themselves to toxins, and neutralize and eliminate them from the body. While medical science has yet to ascertain the effectiveness of an ion foot bath, preparing your own ion foot bath at home is a simple process and more cost-effective than purchasing ready equipment or getting one done at the spa.Things You'll Need
