How to Treat Cradle Cap With Vitamin B6 and Vegetable Oil
Cradle cap is a yellowish, greasy, patchy, scaly and crusty skin rash that can occur on the scalps of babies. Not an infection, it usually occurs within the first three months. Causes include overactive sebaceous glands from the mother's hormones that still exist in the baby's circulation, or low levels of Vitamin B6. Nursing mothers should consume Vitamin B6 for prevention of cradle cap and general baby health and can also use it in conjunction with vegetable oil as a topical treatment..
