Sodium Chlorite and Liver Detoxing

Sodium chlorite can be used in the removal of heavy metals from the human body and especially the liver. Heavy metals accumulate in the body through food, water and other day-to-day activities. Introducing minute amounts of sodium chlorite, along with other elements, into the body can remove toxins, which will often significantly improve quality of life. But use sodium chlorite, a toxic substance, with care, and only when distilled in a specific solution.
  1. Sodium Chlorite Usage

    • Toxins build up in the body.

Sodium chlorite is an effective way of removing heavy metals from the body, but its use should only be attempted when diluted with distilled water and citric acid, forming chlorine dioxide (as described below). The use of sodium chlorite by itself can be quite toxic, so approach it with extreme caution. Make sure to read any precautions associated with sodium chlorite before use. If you use sodium chlorite as a detox. it can remove buildup of heavy metals in the body that can cause various types of illnesses, such as mercury poisoning and copper toxicity.

Make a concoction with about 28 percent sodium chlorite combined with about 70 percent distilled water, and then add a 10 percent-diluted citric acid solution, which will produce chlorine dioxide. The chlorine dioxide attaches itself to the red blood cells and is delivered to the pathogens in your body. This neutralizes the toxins and rids them from your body, typically in the form of vomit and diarrhea. If the nausea becomes too debilitating, you can reduce your dosage or cut down on the time between doses. Both of these side effects are unpleasant, but they are a sign of rapid detoxification, which is exactly what you need to remove the contaminants in your system and specifically your liver, where heavy metals will collect over time.

    Liver Detoxifying

    • Epsom salts

Keeping your liver healthy is imperative to maintaining good health. The liver is a key organ in detoxification, as everything is flushed through the liver. It thus becomes a receptacle for pathogens. Along with the use of a sodium chlorite solution, which is part of an overall detoxifying procedure, a full liver flush is also beneficial and will improve liver health.

Before flushing, you must prepare your body by following a routine that will take between one and three weeks. This preparation will entail drinking about four 8 oz. glasses of apple juice and cider between meals. The juice should be kept at room temperature; consume only warm drinks and foods, which will aid the process.

After completing this procedure you will be ready for the flush. Choose two days where you will not have to work or go to school because it is necessary for you to be near a bathroom. You will need to create a plan for this flush in which you do not consume any animal fat or protein; choose foods such as steamed vegetables or rice for breakfast and lunch. Avoid the use of caffeine and consume as much water as possible during this time. You will also be using an Epsom salt and warm water solution during the flush. This solution will not taste very good so try to drink it quickly, and make sure not to drink anything after you take the solution. You should begin having bowel movements shortly after the use of the Epsom salt solution, and if you do not begin having bowel movements soon consider using a warm-water enema.

Along with the Epsom salt solution, you will also be drinking a combination of organic red grapefruit juice and extra virgin olive oil. This mixture will be taken right before bed and will work to flush out your liver and gall bladder. Make sure to lie on your back or your right side while sleeping, which aids the flushing process. You may experience nausea through the night, which is a sign the flush is working properly. Set your alarm to wake up early and take another dose of the Epsom salt mixture. You will take another dose of the Epsom salt solution that day, causing you to have more bowel movements. After this point you have completed the flushing process; take the rest of the day to relax and eat mild meals like steamed vegetables.
