How to Cleanse the Human Liver of Toxins
The liver is considered a gatekeeper in the body, and is the largest internal organ. A properly-functioning liver is necessary to staying alive. Over time, the human liver can become bogged down with toxins from the environment around us, the foods and beverages we ingest, and the medications we take. These toxins can cause our livers to work less efficiently and cause us to feel sluggish, have excessive allergies and can even cause high cholesterol. Cleansing your liver of toxins can have a positive effect on your entire body.Things You'll Need
