Chamomile tea can be purchased in tea bags at any store or in bulk flowers from a health food store. Steep the tea in hot water for five minutes, add agave to taste and drink once or twice daily.

To alleviate discomfort associated with a bladder or urinary tract infections, heat up bath water and add a few handfuls of chamomile flower buds or a liter of chamomile tea. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
