How to Drink Warm Water With Salt to Increase Minerals

- 2 tsp. salt
- Large spoon

Fill up the container with lukewarm water.

Add 2 tsp. of salt to the water. Use either organic sea salt or mineral salt; do not use iodized salt to complete the flush.

Mix the salt and water thoroughly together. Take a large spoon and stir it quickly to work the salt throughout the water.

Drink the entire quart of salt water. For the drink to prove effective, consume it on an empty stomach.
