How to Change the Screen on Vapor Brothers

The "Vapor Brothers" is an electronic herb vaporization system used by tobacco and other herbal aficionados to enjoy the flavor of smoking without the harsh health consequences. The "Vapor Brothers" device consists of box with a heating element, and a long tube or "whip" that is used to inhale the vapors. Herbs are placed on a screen at the base of the tube. Occasionally, this screen may become clogged or damaged and may need replacing.

  Push the old screen out of the glass base of the tube using the stick. The screen should come loose quite easily and present no complications.

  Bend the new screen in half without creasing. The idea is to create a kind of taco-like shape.

  Place the new screen in the glass base and push it further down using the stick. There is a rim about two-thirds down the base. Push the screen in until it reaches this rim. On the inside of the glass, on the opposite side of this rim is a circular groove. The screen must fit inside this groove.

  Take the toothpick or dental tool and manipulate the screen so that one of its edges enters the grooved area of the glass base. The screen should be raised up, with one end sticking into the groove.

  Push the stick down the other end of the glass base and press on the raised portion of the screen. This will press the raised end of the screen into the rest of the groove. Flatten the screen further until all of its points are resting within the groove.
