How to Determine the Dose of Epistane

Start by taking just one 10 milligram capsule of Epistane on a day when you workout with weights.

Each day you lift in the first week, add one more Epistane capsule and stop at 40 milligrams.

Continue taking 40 milligrams of Epistane on days that you lift weights. For the next three weeks, only take Epistane three times per week.

Keep taking Epistane three times per week for the next three weeks. By then, you should have achieved the results you want from taking Epistane.

Move up to 150 milligrams at a time during the fifth week you take Epistane. Again, only take it on days when you lift with weights.

Reduce your milligrams to 100 at a time, during the sixth week.

Take only 50 milligrams at a time during the seventh week of taking Epistane. Do not take Epistane for more than seven weeks.
