How to Use Brain Sync

- Headphones
- CD Player or MP3 Player
- Place to sit

Select a Brain Sync program for your desired results, such as relaxation or learning. For deep healing and relaxation, use Delta waves. Use Alpha for creativity, Theta for a meditative state, Gamma and Beta for concentration.

Sit somewhere comfortable while listening to Brain Sync, or lie down.

Put the program in the player and put on the headphones.

Play the program for 30 to 60 minutes.

Remove the headphones and note any changes you feel. Each person experiences a different rate of change.

Repeat for four to six weeks for full effect, limiting to 30 to 60 minutes a day.
