How to Use Brain Sync

"Brain Sync" technology uses audio tones in each ear from stereo headphones that combine to produce a third audio signal in the brain, a "binaural beat" which is the key to the brain wave technology. Depending on the brain wave frequency range, expected benefits can include relaxation, meditation, improved intelligence or better memory. Simply listening to a specially designed audio program for 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day is the recommended Brain Sync program, and after a few weeks the user should notice changes.

      Select a Brain Sync program for your desired results, such as relaxation or learning. For deep healing and relaxation, use Delta waves. Use Alpha for creativity, Theta for a meditative state, Gamma and Beta for concentration.

      Sit somewhere comfortable while listening to Brain Sync, or lie down.

      Put the program in the player and put on the headphones.

      Play the program for 30 to 60 minutes.

      Remove the headphones and note any changes you feel. Each person experiences a different rate of change.
