How to Remove Toxin Patches
Toxin patches are typically applied to the feet before bedtime. These foot patches are filled with purportedly detoxifying materials; such as wood vinegar, tourmaline, eucalyptus and other herbs. The patches are thought to pull toxins out of the body through the feet, operating on the principle that the feet are connected to all the major organs of the body.Things You'll Need

1
Wash your feet with a non-toxic soap and dry them with a clean towel. Apply a clean toxin patch over the arch of one or both feet before bed. The back has an adhesive material that will stick to the skin. Remove the paper backing from the adhesive material and apply it to the foot. The adhesive material will not interfere with the herbs inside the patch.

2
Slowly pull off the patch upon waking. The patch should be darkened and may have an odor. According to the patch instructions, repeated use of the foot patches will result in lighter coloring upon waking, this is thought to be because the patches are removing the toxins from your body.
