How to Dilute 35% Hydrogen Peroxide

According to the Food and Drug Administration, food-grade hydrogen peroxide is actually 35 percent hydrogen peroxide. This makes it more than 10 times stronger than normal hydrogen peroxide found in drug stores, which is normally at 3 percent. Because 35 percent hydrogen peroxide is high in strength, the FDA reports that it is corrosive, and consumption can lead to serious injuries or even death. For safest results, dilute in distilled water prior to application.
