  Read all the instructions in the manual carefully and begin by using a clean tub or the one that came with your ionic detox machine.

  Place a plastic liner in the tub so that the tub remains clean. This should come with your machine package.

  Place the array that is linked to the ion detoxifying machine in the tub. Some machines come with an array fitted inside.

  Fill the tub with water and add sea salt. See the manual to determine how much sea salt needs to be added.

  Now place both your feet on each side of the array in the tub.
