1
Choose a mold. Many people who create orgonite generators suggest using a cone-shaped mold like a birthday party hat or a pyramid-shaped candle mold that you can purchase from a candle supply store, or a martini glass that can be found at local department stores.
-
2
Cut a piece of 26-inch, 18-gauge copper wire and fold it in such a way that it creates a clockwise spiral that is going upward. The copper coil should be sized to fit comfortably inside your mold. Insert the copper spiral in the mold facing down. (You may need a smaller amount of copper wire depending on the size of your mold.)
-
3
Place a large portion of metal shavings into your mold, which should cover most of the copper coil. Metal shavings can be disposable aluminum pans you have cut into small pieces. Purchase disposable aluminum pans from your local grocery store.
-
4
Place a crystal pointing down into mold so it stands up. You may need to add more metal shavings to hold it in place. Your selected crystal should have one side that is pointed. You can also use amethysts or rose quartz. Ensure your crystal is at least 1 inch long and at least a half-inch thick.
-
5
Pour enough resin into your mold to saturate the metal shavings. (The particular resin you purchase will determine the instructions for mixing.) It is better to have more metal sticking out out the bottom of your finished organite as opposed to not having enough metal, so try not to add too much resin.
-
6
Allow your molds to dry. The brand of resin you used will determine how long it takes for it to dry, typically one hour to one day.
-
7
Place your organite anywhere in your home, or outside in surrounding areas where you would like to generate orgone energy. The energy is supposed to generate automatically after you remove the organite from their mold, so nothing further is necessary.
