1
Practice daily stretching to lengthen your spine and firm your back, obliques and stomach muscles. Simply stand with your back against the wall and raise your hands up over your head as high as you can reach while standing on tiptoes. Hold for a count of 10, lower your arms and stand flat on your feet. Repeat 10 times.

2
Correct your posture. While standing in front of a full-length mirror, imagine you have a string coming out of the top of your head and going straight up into the ceiling. Pull your shoulder back a bit, lengthen your neck, look straight ahead and pull your stomach in. At first it may feel unnatural and look stiff, but with practice your posture will improve and so will your height.

Purchase a pair of shoes that have a 1-inch heel on them. If you don't like the way higher heels look, you can purchase shoes that have a 1-inch sole.
-
4
Purchase 1-inch high insoles and put them in your shoes. They won't be visible, though shouldn't be worn with sandals.

Follow one of the above suggestions, a combination of two or three, or use them all and increase your height even more. Being just an inch or so taller can mean the difference between feeling okay about yourself to feeling much more confident.
