Magnets for Foot Bath Detox
Our bodies, and all of our organs can build up toxins. These toxins can cause health problems, making you feel tired, sluggish or even cause illnesses. There are different types of detoxification processes that can help eliminate toxins from your body, and one of them is through the use of magnets and a foot bath detoxification system. Magnets help to draw out toxins that would otherwise stay in your system and cause problems.-
Magnetic Foot Bath
-
Magnetic foot baths work to remove toxins from the body through the use of water and magnets. Your feet house the biggest pores of your whole body. If you are healthy, your body should have approximately 80 percent negative electricity. This is known as negative ions. In contrast, your body should also have approximately 20 percent positive electricity.
Your body is similar to a magnet because it not only attracts toxins but holds onto them. Some of the toxins that build up range from heavy metals, cholesterol deposits, disassimilated proteins, uric acid, plaque, lactic acid and many other chemicals that you ingest through your drinking water, food, even the air you breathe. These toxins then can migrate into many areas of your body, such as your joints, organs, arteries, nerves and tissues. These toxins can cause a disruption in your body and how it operates, making it easy for damage to occur, as well as easy for disease to develop. This is because your immune system is altered by the toxins.
How to Use
-
Plan on your detoxification session taking about 30 minutes. Repeat the therapy every week until your system has been rid of all toxins. After your body has been cleansed, repeat the treatment once a month for maintenance. Some people will need to detox more often depending on their lifestyle, the physical ailments they are trying to help, and even the line of work you are in--such as hair dressers who work with hair dye and other chemicals on a regular basis. It is recommended that you detox often to get the best benefits of the treatments. The longer you go between detoxing, the more chance you will have to build up more toxins.
Contraindications
-
There are certain people who should not use detoxifying magnetic foot baths. If you have certain medical devices--such as a pacemaker or other electrical implant--you should not use a magnetic foot bath. If you take medications for an irregular heartbeat, do not use it. Do not use this treatment if you are an organ transplant recipient, if you take a blood thinner, have psychotic episodes or seizures, or if you have a bleeding disorder--such as hemophilia. If you are pregnant or lactating, do not use a detoxifying magnetic foot bath. Do not allow children younger than 4 to use this method of detoxification either. You should also avoid a magnetic foot bath if you have an open sore or a wound that will be exposed to the water.
