You apply it to your underarm in the morning before you head out and you can apply it throughout the day as needed. Sometimes antiperspirants can get messy as it may leave residue.

      Use surgery to stop excessive underarm sweating. Some people may opt for surgery. In surgery the sweat glands are removed and thereby no more sweat is produced. This method can be expensive so might not be a viable option for most people.

      Prevent excessive underarm sweating by avoiding spicy foods and alcohol. If you can, try to take at least two showers a day. This will help wash away the buildup of sweat and leave you refreshed.
