How to Take Fulvic Acid

- Drinking glass
- Two tablespoons of liquid fulvic acid
- Twelve tablespoons of non-chlorinated water

Wait a While Before Eating Your Wheaties

First thing in the morning, before you have eaten anything, pour the fulvic acid into a drinking glass.

Add the non-chlorinated water.

Using the same tablespoon, mix everything together and drink the contents of the glass.

Wait 30 minutes before ingesting any food or drinks.
