You could start by paying attention to what you eat. This can help you to identify what foods are aggrevating the ulcers. You may also want to stop the smoking and/or drinking, if you do those things. at least do it in moderation. let's think about what's important in life. This stuff is not.

Begin using a fiber rich diet and lose the flour and other white foods. If it's white, then it's bad. Whole grain greads, fruit, vegetables, beans, lentils and split peas are among the foods in cluded in the fiber rich diet.

This onne is pretty hard to do, but it is the most beneficial of all. Drink fresh cabbage juice. Do this 5 times a day at 8 ounce servings. Try it with pineapple juice. You will need a juicer for this one because you can't simply go and purchase cabbage juice at the supermarket. You must make it yourself, it is worth the money that you would spend to get one if it's gonna sve you a lot of pain in the future. Only use fresh cabbage and do not heat it up so as to nut tlose the nutrients that will help you heal. This does work. You drink it until the ulcer heals and then abstain from the bad stuff and yo will be fine. Give these steps a try and you will not be upset with the results.
