What are cures for a sprang wrist?
A sprained wrist cannot be cured. It usually heals within a few weeks, but it may take longer. Treatment for a sprained wrist includes rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE). You may also need to take pain medication. If the sprain is severe, you may need to wear a cast or splint to immobilize the wrist while it heals.Palmtherapy - Related Articles
