Instructions

    • 1

Download a free drawing or diagram of the human foot and save the template to a graphics program to use for your reflexology map.

    • 2

If you cant find a template, you can create a foot drawing yourself using a graphics software like Paint Shop or Corel Draw.

    • 3

Gather free information on reflexology from various online sources including names of foot areas, healing and stress relieving effects, as well as massage techniques to use for your map.

    • 4

Start by making a legend at the bottom of your foot map with names of foot areas and healing effects of those areas. Number each reflexology area name and it's corresponding effect.

    • 5

Now map out these reflexology areas on your diagram by inserting each corresponding number in the appropriate areas of your foot template.

    • 6

Next block off appropriate space around each number to better map the exact points of the foot where pressure should be applied.

    • 7

Include any reflexology massage techniques as well as instructions on applying pressure to the foot on the bottom of your map to the right of your legend for free additional reference.
