1
Inspect your feet everyday for any signs of wear or damage. If you have a situation like diabetes, conditions like corns or blisters must be treated promptly and with a lot of care.
-
2
Wear comfortable shoes. Give your feet plenty of room in the shoe and don't wear new shoes for any extended period of time until they are properly broken in.
-
3
Use insoles. Many brands of insoles on the market are specifically designed to add support to the pressure points of the feet. Experiment with different types until you find one that works best for you.
-
4
Have regular checkups on your feet from a physician if you have a foot condition. Diabetics are recommended to have their feet inspected at least four times a year.
-
5
Soak your feet in warm water at the end of every day to relax the muscles and pressure points.
-
6
Get frequent foot massages to further loosen up the feet and relax the pressure points in them.
