How to Perform Foot Reflexology
Preforming foot reflexology is the process of pressure massage on the foot, pinpointing certain points on the foot to cure or possibly prevent disease. This is based on the premise that the nerve areas start at the bottom of the feet at the toes and end at the top of the head, including all the organs along the way. Ancient history shows people have practiced foot reflexology by walking over rocks or stones without shoes. Foot reflexology has been used in India, China and Egypt for thousands of years up to modern times.Things You'll Need
