How to Send Healing Light to Coworkers

Sending healing light to coworkers, or anyone else, is done through forms of channeling and/or Reiki. According to Christine Breese, founder of the University of Metaphysical Sciences, spiritual energy is taken into the practitioner from the universe and then directed at the person in need, whether they are in the same room or at a distance---even in another state. Sending the light to a coworker is a matter of using meditation to harness the energy and then channel, or direct, it at them.

  Sit on the floor in a comfortable position, relaxed, and raise your hands, palms up, just above your head. According to Breese, this is the best way to channel and direct the healing energy.

  Imagine white light forming in the palms of your hands. In Reiki, according to Reiki teacher and practitioner Rosalyn Imrie, there are symbols that are drawn with the hands in order to open up the healing energy from the universe, but in basic channeling this is not needed.

  Speak the name of the person the healing is for once the white light has formed in the palms of your hands, according to author and astrologer Chrissie Blaze. Picture the person and what it is that needs healing. At this step, if the person receiving the healing is present, then the white light can be handed directly to him.

  Thank the universe for this gift before coming out of the meditative position. Say a little prayer for the person who received the healing light.
