Stand upright with your arms stretched outright and parallel to the yoga mat. Face your palms down toward the floor, keeping your arms level with your shoulders. Spin around clockwise until dizziness begins to set in. Increase the number of spins from one to 21. Breathe deeply and steadily as you spin.

    • 2

Lie flat on the yoga mat with your head face up. Straighten your arms to your sides fully with your palms down. Keep your fingers close together. Lift your head up, tucking your chin into your chest while extending the legs upwards with unbent knees. Reach the legs as far as they will go, then slowly lower them along with the head. Breathe steadily, inhaling as you lift and exhaling as you lower. Repeat this several times.

    • 3

Kneel on the yoga mat with your body upright. Place your hands on your hamstrings, inclining the head and neck forward and tucking the chin into the chest. Reverse the position of the head and neck abruptly, arching the spine and curling the toes under. Brace yourself with your arms and hands placed on your hamstrings. Slowly return to an upright position. Breathe in as you arch, and breathe out as you become upright. Repeat this several times.

Sit down on the yoga mat and stretch your legs straight out from you, parting your feet 12 inches. Keep your torso upright and place your hands, palms down, at the side of each gluteus maximus. Tuck your chin into your chest, then pull your head back as far as it will go while raising your body with bent knees and straight arms. Tense your entire body, then relax as you return back to a normal position. Inhale as you raise up, hold your breath as you tense, then exhale as you relax. Repeat several times.

Being with your arms perpendicular to the floor and your spine arched in a full body sag. Bring your head back and bend the back to bring the body into an inverted "V" position while tucking your chin into your chest. Then lower back to the beginning position.
