What if you ingested the saliva with rabies is it possible for to be infected?

The answer is: no

It is not possible to be infected with rabies through the ingestion of saliva on its own. Rabies is a neurotropic virus that can only infect humans and other mammals through direct contact with infected neural tissue or saliva through a break in the skin, typically through a bite or scratch from an infected animal. There are extremely rare and remote cases of rabies being transmitted through contact of rabies-infected saliva or other potentially infectious material with open wounds, mucous membranes, or breaks in the skin. Simple skin contact without such exposure does not pose any risk of rabies transmission.
