How to Relieve Itchy Skin From Rashes & Bites

When you get bitten by an insect, it may inject a small amount of poison in your body that will cause the skin around the bite to itch. Your skin may also become itchy if you have a rash. Some rashes become itchy as your body is trying to heal the infected skin. Scratching the bite or rash can cause the area to break open and bleed. It is best to resort to using home products to soothe the itchy skin so that the body's natural healing process can continue.
