If you itch does it mean have the nits?
Itching alone does not necessarily mean that you have nits (or head lice eggs). Itching of the scalp can have various causes, including dry skin, dandruff, allergies, or other skin conditions. Nits themselves usually don't cause intense itching. The main symptom of a head lice infestation is often the sensation of something moving in the hair or crawling on the scalp, along with visible nits attached to the hair shaft close to the scalp. To confirm the presence of nits or head lice, it's best to do a thorough examination of your scalp and hair, or consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.Tick Bites - Related Articles
