My breasts are budding and they look horrible under my shirts because mom wont let me get a bra what can I do?

It's understandable to feel self-conscious about your developing breasts, especially if you don't have the right support. However, your mother may have her reasons for not allowing you to wear a bra. It might be helpful to talk to her about why she feels this way. Explain to her that you're feeling uncomfortable and that a bra would help you feel more confident. Here are some tips for talking to your mom:

- Choose a good time to talk.

- Be honest and direct about your feelings.

- Listen to your mom's concerns and try to understand her perspective.

- Offer to compromise. For example, you could agree to wear a sports bra or a bralette under your shirts instead of a traditional bra.

- Be patient. It may take some time for your mom to come around to the idea of letting you wear a bra. Just keep talking to her and expressing your feelings.

In the meantime, there are a few things you can do to help support your breasts and reduce discomfort:

- Wear a tight-fitting tank top or camisole under your shirts. This can help to compress your breasts and make them less noticeable.

- Avoid wearing loose or baggy shirts. These can make your breasts look larger and more obvious.

- If your breasts are causing you pain, you can try using a cold compress or taking over-the-counter pain relievers.

Remember, it's okay to be proud of your developing body and to want to feel comfortable in your own skin. It may take some time, but you'll eventually get there.
