1
Add green tea to your diet. Green tea includes potent compounds called polyphenols and catechins which cause cancer cells from multiplying and spreading by causing them to stick together. Drink two cups of green tea every day.

2
Eat foods rich in whole grains. Whole grains contain a variety of anticancer compounds including minerals, antioxidants, fiber and phytoestrogens that aid your body in fighting cancer cells. Eat one plate of whole-grain foods daily.

3
Add soy bean products to your diet. Soybeans contain potent phytochemicals called isoflavones, which inhibit the growth of small blood vessels that transport nutrients to cancer cells. Soybean products include tofu and soy milk. Consume two cups of soy products every day.

4
Consume kombu seaweed. Kombu contains the active ingredient U-fucoidan, which causes cancer cells to self-destruct upon contact. Lombu seaweed can be purchased at a Japanese or Korean supermarket. Eat at least six strips a day.
