Does a spastic colon have lesion tumor or ulceration?

A spastic colon does not have lesions, tumors, or ulcerations. It is a functional disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation or diarrhea. These symptoms are caused by spasms or contractions of the colon muscles. Spastic colon is also known as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
