What does each lung consist?

Each lung consists of:

- Lobes: The lungs are divided into lobes. The right lung has three lobes: the upper lobe, the middle lobe, and the lower lobe. The left lung has two lobes: the upper lobe and the lower lobe.

- Bronchi: The bronchi are the main airways of the lungs. They branch off from the trachea and enter the lungs.

- Bronchioles: The bronchioles are smaller airways that branch off from the bronchi. They lead to the alveoli.

- Alveoli: The alveoli are small, sac-like structures where gas exchange occurs. They are lined with capillaries, which are tiny blood vessels.

- Pleura: The pleura is a thin membrane that lines the lungs and the inside of the chest cavity. It produces a fluid that lubricates the lungs and allows them to move easily during breathing.
