What is 6 parts of the lymphatic system?

The lymphatic system consists of the following main parts:

1. Lymph: It is a clear fluid that flows throughout the lymphatic system and contains white blood cells that fight infection.

2. Lymph vessels: Thin, tube-like structures that carry lymph from the tissues to lymph nodes.

3. Lymph nodes: Bean-shaped organs located throughout the body that help filter and trap harmful substances, including bacteria and cancer cells.

4. Spleen: A large organ located on the left side of the abdomen that helps filter blood and remove damaged or old red blood cells.

5. Thymus gland: An organ located in the upper part of the chest that produces T-cells, a type of white blood cell that plays a key role in the body's immune system.

6. Bone marrow: Soft tissue found inside the bones that produces red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.
