How do you kiss mouth to mouth?

Step-by-step guide on how to perform mouth-to-mouth CPR:

1. Check for responsiveness:

- Tap the person's shoulder and ask loudly if they are okay. If they are unresponsive, call for emergency help immediately.

2. Open the person's airway:

- Gently tilt their head back to open the airway. Be careful not to tilt the head too far back as it might block the airway.

3. Pinch their nose shut.

- Pinch their nose shut with your fingers to prevent air from escaping through the nose.

4. Give 2 rescue breaths:

- Take a normal breath and seal your mouth completely over the person's mouth, creating an airtight seal.

- Blow steadily into their mouth for about 1 second, watching to see if their chest rises.

- Give a second breath if their chest does not rise after the first breath.

5. Continue CPR:

- Continue alternating between 30 chest compressions and 2 rescue breaths until help arrives or the person starts showing signs of life (such as breathing or coughing).

Note: Mouth-to-mouth CPR should only be performed in emergency situations when someone's life is at immediate risk. If the person is choking or has a pulse but is not breathing, abdominal thrusts or chest compressions should be given instead. It's important to receive proper training in CPR from certified sources to ensure the proper and safe administration of mouth-to-mouth CPR.
