Your pelvis is a structure of three bones (pubis, ishchium and ilium), connective tissues and a bowl-shaped cavity that contains several reproductive and digestive organs. Pelvic cancers include ovarian, cervical, endometrial, prostate and bladder cancers.-
Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian cancer symptoms include pressure in the pelvic area, difficulty eating, abdominal discomfort, abdominal swelling, rapidly feeling full while eating, bloating and increased urinary frequency. Many patients are asymptomatic (have no symptoms) in the early stages.
Symptoms of Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer symptoms include unusual vaginal discharge, pain during sexual intercourse and abnormal vaginal bleeding (such as spotting between menstrual cycles, bleeding after intercourse and having longer/heavier menstrual cycles than normal).
Symptoms of Endometrial Cancer

According to the American Cancer Society, endometrial cancer symptoms include abnormal vaginal discharge and abnormal bleeding. Early stages may show no symptoms.
Symptoms of Prostate Cancer

Symptoms of prostate cancer may include such urinary problems as starting and stopping while urinating, difficulty urinating and decreased force of urination. According to the Mayo Clinic, these symptoms usually indicate a more benign condition (like an enlarged prostate).

Symptoms of bladder cancer include back pain, increased urinary frequency, painful urination, hematuria (blood in your urine) and urinary tract infection (UTI).
