An increase in urination (namely the need), trouble urinating or pain while urinating is a symptom that will most likely be present throughout the progression of the cancer, even in its final stages.
Blood

Many men with prostate cancer may notice blood in his urine. This may or may not be accompanied with pain or difficulty urinating.
Pain

Most men with advanced stage prostate cancer will suffer from a certain amount of pain, usually isolated to the pelvic region, but may be present in the thighs, back or ribs.
Loss of Appetite and Weight

Frequently, especially in advanced stages of prostate cancer, a man will typically experience both a loss in appetite and weight.
Nausea

Often accompanying the loss in appetite, a man may experience the symptom of nausea. This nausea may also bring about vomiting.
Fatigue
