Signs of Stomach Cancer in Pets

Stomach cancer is fairly uncommon in pets, though it appears to be more common in male pets than in females. Stomach cancer can be diagnosed by your veterinarian through a set of diagnostic tests including X-rays and ultrasounds. She may also perform a gastroscopy to get a biopsy of the stomach tumor. It is important to pay attention to your pet's behavior as the symptoms may last from weeks to months.
